Joy is the Director of Training for Tech Systems, a Systems Integration company headquartered in Duluth, Georgia. After serving on active duty as a U.S. Army Military Police Officer, she entered the industry as a Security Manager. She has 7 years of industry experience. Joy is married and lives in Winder, GA.

Jennifer Walczak, Executive Vice President for Dedicated Micros, a world leader in CCTV, has been in the Security Industry for 7 years. Prior to Dedicated Micros, Jennifer held various accounting roles in both the public and private sectors. Jennifer is married and lives in Woodbridge, VA.

Richard Hahn has been involved in the security industry for over twelve years, working in both editorial and marketing areas. Currently, he is president of Richard Hahn & Associates, a marketing communication company, which offers a full line of strategic and creative services including marketing, public relations, advertising and design.

Dale is a 25-year industry veteran who has worked in every aspect of the industry – installation, service, sales, management and company owner. He owns ITZ Solutions!, an Electronic Life Safety and Security industry management firm which specializes in industry training and management services.
